D’la Rosa is a fantastic dining spot with a vibrant atmosphere and outstanding service. The flavors are truly delightful, with every dish offering a perfect balance of taste and texture. The nachos were delicious, the ceviche was absolutely amazing, and the patatas bravas were full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Their cocktail selection is impressive, making it a great place to enjoy a drink alongside your meal. On top of the great food and drinks, the service was exceptional staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Absolutely loved our experience at this restaurant! Every dish we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The burrata was incredibly creamy and fresh — paired perfectly with the tomatoes and olive oil. The ceviche was a delightful surprise — not the typical Latin American style, but it had a unique twist that worked so well. Super refreshing and perfectly balanced. We also tried the garlic gambas, which were sizzling hot and bursting with flavor. The garlic was rich without being overpowering, and the prawns were cooked just right. And to finish it off, the churros were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and came with the most delicious dipping sauce. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for quality food with creative touches! ~ Jordan P
Ce restaurant n’a l’air de rien situé au milieu d’un parking à 2 pas de la plage Mermaid Beach. Mais une fois à l’intérieur vous découvrirez une ambiance sympa et chaleureuse. La carte est restreinte mais de grande qualité. Les assiettes préparées en cuisine sont savoureuses (un délice!) et le service est top. Le Ceviche et les gambas sont sensationnels.
